Since every web site is unique, there can be many variables to consider. I've found that it works best and avoids costly surprises if I bid each project individually based on a very clear and detailed outline. Which leads us to the first step...

We start with a one-on-one FREE consultation. Together we assess the goals and desires you have for your web site. I will gather all the information I need to determine the size and technical scope of your site as well as the style that would represent you and your business best.

If there are multiple people involved in the decision making, it works well to designate a single contact person to handle future communication and establish the preferred way to do so, whether it's via email, in-person or on the phone.

Within a day or two I will put together a Project Outline & Quote for review. Once you have approved of the outline and the price quoted I will provide you with a Contract to sign.

Now the FUN part begins...

I will create a Concept Design that will be the overall 'look & feel' and the custom navigation scheme for your site. There will not be any 'content' yet at this stage, that will come later. I'll put the Concept Design on-line for you to review. Take as much time as you need, share it with others and ask for feedback. When you're ready- we will evaluate and decide if it's perfect, needs a few changes or if it means a trip back to the drawing board. We will repeat this process until you are thrilled with it!

Next I will plug in all the content and after your final approval I will upload it to the server you've chosen to host your site for the world to see. Time to start planning the Launch Party!
